Our Service:Your peace of mind is our primary concern, and we promise to protect your investment.

$100 basic plan includes:
  • 2 home inspections per month
  • Check the overall home condition
  • Check doors, windows, locks
  • Check ventilation/deventilation
  • Open closets for ventilation
  • Check alarm system, A/C, lights (incl. exchange of broken light bulbs)
  • Check water system
  • Run garbage disposal
  • Empty the mailbox
  • Check pool and order maintenance if needed
  • Order and check repairs
  • Order and check services: Pool, yard, service vendors
  • Manage all paperwork and due payments: Electrical bill, trash removal, phone, repairs, services
  • Quality- and cost control

  • More than 2 inspections per months
  • Poolservice
  • Garden services
  • Pest control
  • Repairs
  • Home cleaning
  • Check car battery, start the engine
  • Check your mailbox, pick up sent packages and forward mail if requested
  • We'll pick up newspapers in the driveway, usually an indicator that a house is unattended
  • We'll check overall appearance of property: 'exterior/interior' for vandalism, pests, lanai screens for damage
  • We'll meet with maintenance or repair vendors, etc.
  • Prepare for hurricane by putting in all outside furniture
  • Put on/take off pool cover with each Open/Close
  • Water plants
  • Monitor fax/voice mail
  • Check Post Office Box weekly
  • One extra visit to pick up packages
  • Start car at each Homewatch visit
  • Monthly reset of automatic lamp timers for added security. (Times and locations)
  • Meet with exterminator, cleaning services or repair vendor's in your home
  • Installation of storm shutters, quoted rates separately
